10 STARS! Mike's customer service and professionalism was outstanding. He helped me order a desk and get it delivered from OH to CO. Even with weather delays, manufacturer's availability and shipping times, Mike saw the process through to the very end. Exceptional in many ways. Will not hesitate to do business with Express Furniture in the future. Thank you so much Express Furniture. We were searching all around for a great office chair. With little or no success. Everybody was carrying cheaply made garbage. Found Express Furniture online and What A Savior. They have good quality stuff. The staff was very helpful with my wife and I feel that we got a great deal on the product that we got. Definitely will be going back
I actually did not end up buying from Express Furniture, but I had the most pleasant customer service experience dealing with Mike (and from looking at other reviews, I’m not the only one). I had left a message on a Sunday, and he responded to me right away the next day. He seems to be a very hard-working, dedicated person who takes customer satisfaction seriously (sadly a rarity these days), and I highly recommend doing business with this company if you’re able to!

Mike at Express Furniture was wonderful to work with. He was able to assist me in ordering a piece of furniture that was in stock and also with putting a deposit on a piece of furniture on back order. Receipts were emailed promptly and he followed up via a phone call to make sure that the in stock product was delivered in good condition. I highly recommend Express furniture and they're terrific customer service.

Mike is so knowledgeable about the furniture and mattresses he sells - over several years we’ve purchased two bedroom sets, mattresses, end tables, TV stand and a coffee table - with no issues at all. Their customer service is great!
