Thank you so much Express Furniture. We were searching all around for a great office chair. With little or no success. Everybody was carrying cheaply made garbage. Found Express Furniture online and What A Savior. They have good quality stuff. The staff was very helpful with my wife and I feel that we got a great deal on the product that we got. I actually did not end up buying from Express Furniture, but I had the most pleasant customer service experience dealing with Mike (and from looking at other reviews, I’m not the only one). I had left a message on a Sunday, and he responded to me right away the next day. He seems to be a very hard-working, dedicated person who takes customer satisfaction seriously (sadly a rarity these days), and I highly recommend doing business with this company if you’re able to!

He was able to assist me in ordering a piece of furniture that was in stock and also with putting a deposit on a piece of furniture on back order. Receipts were emailed promptly and he followed up via a phone call to make sure that the in stock product was delivered in good condition.
